Montrose Place

Montrose Place is a luxury residential development of 18 private apartments, 8 affordable apartments and 4 staff studios located between Grosvenor Place and Belgrave Square in West London. Seen as one of London's most exclusive addresses, the newly constructed complex provides 4,000m2 of high quality residential apartments.
With over 40 years experience and 200 employees, London based architects Hamiltons were awarded this prestigious project by Grosvenor. Truly stunning design is visible throughout the entire complex. High quality materials have been used at each stage of construction, the oak entrance gates are outstanding and the use of marble and oak flooring all give an air of quality design to the building.
The luxurious feel flows throughout the complex, with each apartment designed around their own private courtyards. There are further facilities including underground car parking and communal landscaped gardens, with a particularly impressive piece of art by internationally acclaimed artist Andy Goldsworthy.
In order to enhance the quality of the materials used, a fully co-ordinated Bronze Solution was provided. In particular, the beautifully designed FSB 41099 lever handle, which was inspired by the famous Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava. Based on the form of the Turning Torso sculpture, both the lever handle and the building provide an interesting departure from the conventional designs of their kind.
