Old Mill Island

Situated just outside Uxbridge, Old Mill Island provides the setting for a stunning new housing development. Rich in history, the island was previously home to the Water Mills which contributed to the wealth of the market town of Uxbridge.
Destroyed in 1864 by fire, the Old Mill House has been fully re-instated to its former beauty. Moving along each building the contrast between building eras becomes apparent, with the Old Mill House becoming the gateway between the Old and the New.
The use of traditional brick and natural wood complements the surrounding environment, which can be admired from the leafy rooftop terraces. Tailored to modern living, spa and relaxation areas and glass atriums bring the island into the 21st century.
