Project Liaison
In our experience, quality project management and contract co-ordination make a tangible difference to the building programme. The project management team liaises with the contractors, the sub-contractors, the joiners, the door and partitioning suppliers to ensure that the contract is completed efficiently. Similarly, the team provides guidance to the site personnel for fixing and experienced Allgood project coordinators are available to attend on-site should a technical visit be required.
