BEEAH Headquarters, UAE – An oasis of sustainability
Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA) for BEEAH Group, the Group’s new headquarters in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, is a sustainable, modern, and pioneering building. Powered by its solar array and equipped with the latest technology, the new headquarters embodies the Group’s vision for using renewable energy and setting the standard for sustainable practice.

Working in partnership with ZHA, we provided a comprehensive package of ironmongery and hardware throughout the building. Allgood’s commitment to quality aligned with BEEAH’s philosophy of sustainable practice with all our ranges built to last using premium materials, offering strength and durability, coupled with low maintenance.
Our Sembla™ (3623) lever handle was fitted throughout the building due to the range’s broad design choices and durability. Finished in satin stainless steel the handles are mounted on Allgood’s patented Quadaxial ™ assembly rose. Tested to one million cycles without failure – five times more than the level required by the EN1906 standard – the rose ensures the handles will perform beautifully. Our 72 series locks were also fitted in various areas across the building.
Sembla’s durability is further backed by our 25-year manufacturing warranty (available on all our principal ranges), demonstrating our belief that our products are engineered to perform over the lifetime of any building without failure.

Our site in Birmingham makes 25% of what we sell, routinely producing over 100,000 products a year including all the tactile ironmongery from our principal ranges. As champions of British manufacturing, over 70% of our supply chain (by spend) is within 20 miles of our factory and logistics hub.
